According to this blog post, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/mic...ce-2019-is-now-available-for-windows-and-mac/, underneath the "Availability" section, it states, "Office 2019 is now available for *consumer* and commercial customers. For consumer customers in China, India, and Japan, Office 2019 suites will be available in the next few months." This blog post has been updated (however, I'm not sure when) from when I first viewed it the day the announcement came out (September 24, 2018) to state that the consumer (and not only the commercial) version is now available. Does anyone have any corroborating information to indicate that this is true (ie. you've already purchased the product and have it successfully installed on your Mac)?

Individual options are listed for sale here: https://products.office.com/en-us/compare-all-microsoft-office-products?tab=1
I can't imagine that Microsoft would offer the download if it wasn't actually available.

chrfr,

Thank you for the reply. I've seen lots of posts in various places basically stating that folks have been having issues purchasing/downloading the software, so I was hoping to hear one or more success stories. I may have to try and become one of those success stories. :) I'll post a reply here if everything goes smoothly.

Thanks again!

As promised, I wanted to post a reply to my thread. I purchased the consumer version (Home and Student) from Amazon and was able to successfully download and install it.
