iPad Pro is it possible to install office 2021 (not Office 365 ) from web and activate the license

Office 2021 is not offered in the app store but you can download individual Office components (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.) in lieu of (or in addition to) Office 365. I had to go with the individual components as Office 365 does not support multiple windows.

There are mobile Microsoft Office apps for iOS.

You need the subscription version of Office. You can’t use the desktop version.
