hi

we did an exchange to office 365 conversion, and after deleting the old exchange connection om settings/accounts and adding the office 365. the new O365 calendar doesnt show up on my client's MAC.

I dont get it, the account was added via the settings/accounts, its no different than doing it on an iphone, which seems fine btw.

the email shows up fine in the mail client but in calendar it doesnt,

how do I add it in? or am I at a limit that this MAC can handle?

I tried removing it and re-adding it back, no go. rebooting, same thing, unchecking the calendar in the accounts and enabling it, same thing.

it just doesnt show up, am i missing something or an option to add it?

inside O365 OWA and PC outlook its obviously fine.

any ideas? check the screenshot attached, it doesnt show the O365 calendar on the list.

i'll ask my client , for got to check but to be honest, i'm not sure why this matters unless there was a bug with one of the OS.
anyways, he had that calendar before, just not sure why adding a new account doesnt show up the calendar, or an option to show/hide it.
removed and readded the account multiple times, same thing,
the office365 calendar doesnt show up.

Well, there's the Big Sur factor here…and I haven't seen anything about Office 365 problems…but I haven't researched it, either.

Office 365 is an administrator-configurable Exchange system and it's possible the administrator has set it up in a way that is unfriendly to Macs.

strange, its brand new setup of 365.
unless its default like that
I'll have to test another account on it and see if its any different.
and possibly test another MAC book, but I dont have access another macbook at the moment.
