Just initialized my new iPhone XS MAX. Everything went fine, but I cannot setup my company email account, which works flawlessly on my iPad Air 2 and iPhone 7 Plus on the same iOS version. Tried to delete account, add it again using automatic and manual mode. Credentials are OK, I got ticks at each setting line, email headers are being downloaded initially but then it all stops. New e-mails are not pushed and I am not able to read any fetched e-mail - clicking on header shows only spinning wheel and no content at all. Status bar shows "Checking email" and nothing more. At the same time I configured Outlook to work with the same account on the same device and it works just fine. Any ideas? Anybody encountered the same problem?
