Hello All

I have recently installed a copy of Office 2016 for Mac on my machine.

I did this in the usual way by registering the office key to microsoft account and downloading the installer.

Once the programs have been installed i sign in using my Office account and it confirms the program is activated.

After around ten minutes of use it displays a message saying "Office Needs to activate you have 15 days to activate" the give options to activate now or later. If you click activate now the message disappears for another 10-15 minutes and re appears.

I have followed the following articles published by microsoft to no avail:

I have also had microsoft remote in but there support was so poor they disconnected and ended the live chat.

Anyone encounter this and can shed some light?
