I have office on my iMac and macbook Pro but I was wondering if it were possible to have it on my iPad as well?

I know I can have iwork on the iPad but I like office because it is more directly compatible with my work programs.

thanks

I'm mostly an Apple iWorks person, but some folks I know swear by Documents To Go for the iPad.

It's made to be as compatible as possible with MS Office.

Keep us posted on what solutions you end up using.

thanks for the quick replies. Too bad about MS not developing for iPad, sounds like they dont believe in the long term future of the iPad for practical business use.

Hopefully they will be wrong and have to develop it in the near future.

If I were to use Keynote etc how well would it transfer over to PowerPoint?

It is possible. Basically you would need your IT department to deploy something called XenApp. After configuring it, they would need to publish Office to the list of available applications. Then you would download the Citrix receiver..and bammo, you are in! I am running Outlook on my IPad and it definitely makes me laugh at how I built the whole thing.
