Coolstar (The dev @coolstarorg on twitter) said its about as stable as its gonna get.
Cydia-embedded build is probably around the corner.
For now you SSH files in /bootstrap/ and appropriate PreferenceBundle, SBinject, PrefereLoader folders.
its not difficult imo but if you're a noob or afraid of this as a concept, id wait until the CYdia build is out very soon since Electra has been out for a few weeks now. Plus, more tweaks will become available since a consolidated App Store for tweaks will be once again available. you dont wanna delete the wrong stuff like OS system folders and be SOL and have to restore to latest unjailbreakable version if you are sloppy with it.

side load the IPA with Saurik's Cydia Impactor (create app-speicifc password from appleid.apple.com to side load it, have to do this every 7 days with a free Apple ID (side load, to be able to launch electra), one year with dev account as dev's are already aware)
I have it on my 7+ and X, and its been running pretty well!
