Official Mac OS X Mountain Lion Release Date?

The GM isn’t even out yet. Last year there were 3 weeks between GM and release.

We should see GM in the next couple of weeks if there’s to be a 19 July release.

There's been a very apparent pattern to these DP releases. The releases are taking place on either the first day of the month or during the middle (14-18) of the month. Lion's GM was released on July 1. I suspect Mountain Lion's GM will be released on July 1. Lion's official release was July 20. Mountain Lion's will probably be in that ballpark, as well.

As long as they release it by July 31st, technically they weren't lying. So, they will release it by July 31st. Plan for the 31st, and if it's earlier, great!

I forget... when did we find out the day that Lion was released? It'll probably be the same with ML.

My guess: It will be on a Wednesday, So either the 18 or the 25. I think it's going to be the 18.

Except that Apple has changed many things recently. Iphone schedule, macbook schedule, no Mac Pros schedule, move away from the Tuesdays releases as a rule. It's all up in the air.

Except that the post I quoted said there's been an exact schedule then said it sometime in that month. Yeah. That's exact.
