Offline GPS App for iPhone 5S

Hi,

I am looking for an offline iOS app that will provide turn-by-turn GPS functionality. I am in Malaysia currently and it'll be good if the Application supports Malaysia and Singapore maps.

I only prefer Offline iOS apps as Im not interested in using up my 3G data plan for this.

I use an app called "Sat Nav" by skobbler. It uses the Open Street Map and you can pay for countries individually or buy the whole world for about $10.

Navigon is a GPS app that store maps on the device, instead of relying on cellular to download them. I'm not sure what country they support, but check them out.
