Offline Reading List Doesn’t Work

Just as the title says, after trying to save a webpage for offline reading, it doesn’t save. In fact I had some old pages saved from before iOS 12; they were saved just fine. Now none of my pages will save offline. A bit annoying. Anyone else notice?

And yes I have automatic offline saving enabled.

I think you must be connected to WiFi for the offline saving to work.

That’s very strange and frustrating. I have fast roaming data in EU, yet I can’t download web pages for offline reading at an airport, unless I use WiFi which may or may not be available, or the WiFi might require some stupid registration or something.

Of course you can use some third party app like Pocket, but I’d rather not.
