i dont know where the term "clone" comes from, it doesn't look like mac, it uses standard computer hardwares. ......

It sounds safer than psystar tho...

The company's website is registered in the Netherlands as a free anonymous South Pacific top-level domain and lists no physical address. Oh yes, that's safer.

they certainly seemed to have scrubbed their web site of any marketing related to Apple, Mac, or OS X. The pages describing their products don't make any reference to an OS X "kit" although they give a lot of other options for operating systems.
