As topic really. Whats the battery life like with the 15" preferably the 2.4 version with wifi active.

I've done a search but I couldn't find anything, either that or I'm going blind :D

Thanks

Battery and power

* 15-inch MacBook Pro
60-watt-hour lithium-polymer battery (with integrated charge indicator LEDs) providing up to 6 hours of battery life

* 17-inch MacBook Pro
68-watt-hour lithium-polymer battery (with integrated charge indicator LEDs) providing up to 5.75 hours of battery life

Yep, blind ;)
For real life situations, we'll have to wait and see! (I dunno if apple considers that with Wifi like you asked, probably not)

ok let me rephrase that a bit - whats the real world batterylife like , not the apple quoted info - thats never right with any manufacturer :rolleyes:

Considering they've been out 33 hours, I'd say give it some more time before people can really test this kind of stuff.

i'm not asking for it lasts for exactly 4hours 2mins 32secs sort of thing, just a general idea. The old ones were lasting around 3-3.5 hours iirc.

A check of the battery monitor etc should give the apple estimates which would be more realistic than the apple stated times.
