Ok- new to MySQL/PHP and know nothing

I am totally new to MySQL and PHP and know nothing. Does anyone know the actual title of a good book that will help me learn them? I am planning to learn Java, if you're going to suggest I start out with something easy first . All I need with MySQL and PHP right now is to get a phpBB forum running (my webserver needs a MySQL database to run it). So I guess I need some advice on how to just create the database or how it will work or something. Anyway, I NEED HELP!

Speaking of O'Reilly, O'Reilly's new book "Mac OS X Panther for Unix Geeks" has one chapter posted free for download, and it's about MySQL. I don't recommend this new book for you, since it's not your focus, but if you use Panther you might as well read the few free pages: link
