From the financial report:

“We’re thrilled with record sales of 17 million iPads in the June quarter,” said Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO. “We’ve also just updated the entire MacBook line, will release Mountain Lion tomorrow and will be launching iOS 6 this Fall. We are also really looking forward to the amazing new products we’ve got in the pipeline.”

I recognize that many of you will think this is a stupid question, however, being new to the MacWorld and updates I just want to make sure of this.

Upgrading to ML will be as simple as going to the App Store, searching for ML and when it appears, purchasing? Correct?

I just want to make sure I am going to the right place to get the latest OS. Thanks for your responses and stop laughing at me if you are. LOL!

Correct-a-mundo. Most likely the OS X ML will be on the front page of the App Store so it won't be hard to find :D

If I recall correctly, I was able to download Lion at 8am of release day (9A/EDT, 6A/PDT). I willing to bet that's the time it'll get released again... but hey! I'm just a geek anxious to download ML. :D
