Not sure if I'll upgrade yet or not. I didn't think I was going to as 5G wasn't going to be a big enough pull for me yet with only limited rollout so far here in Canada. I've been generally pretty happy with my 11 (especially the camera and battery life) except how bulky it is. I am impressed by how much they have reduced the overall size of the 12 while maintaining the screen size (and if the Apple figures are accurate, battery life as well). A less bulky iPhone with the same 6.1" screen size is actually pretty appealing to me and I may end up splurging...

Blue iPhone 12 for me. I hate the size of my XS Max. I regret giving my 11 to my wife in order to get it lol. I thought I'd love the bigger screen but it turns out 6.1 is the perfect size.

iPhone 12 64GB blue for me. I would have gotten the pro max had pro motion made the cut. Next year I guess

I always have my phone on me and am very active (physically and father of 3). I'm always on the run, so iPhone 12 mini for me. I had the SE (2nd gen) and was VERY happy with it (had the 11, X, 11 pro max), but the battery life was terrible. 20% increase in battery life between the two (SE 2nd gen and 12 mini). Now that I received the mini today, I'm pretty happy with it. It's nice to have a high-res OLED screen again... especially a larger screen in a smaller form factor... I was surprised how much I missed having an OLED screen although I'm not so fond of them due to burn it, but it hasn't seemed to be much of an issue with iPhones. The screen should likely last the life of the phone, so not much concern there. My other reason beyond battery for switching to the 12 mini was for the wide angle camera lens and to have night-mode on the cams since I do a lot of indoor pictures of family, etc.
