oktoprep missing

please help. i installed the 1.1.1 and got installer in.. when i search for oktoprep i do not see it.. anywhere. what do i do. i see tweek 1.1.3 i did it to my brothers phone before and i had to install it under tweek 1.1.1. please help thank you.

i think you have to add "http://i.unlock.no" (no quotes) under Sources in the installer
