So i cant install that and just update to 1.1.2 just like my iphone was unhacked the whole time and i will keep all my 3rd party apps without having to restore, try a new jailbreak method and install all my apps all over again?

If it were only that easy.

I would advise people not to install that app, as TouchFree isn't even ready yet for 1.1.2, plus it's Windows only.
