Just say what you think, and what you like in the new ones, and if you would get the new ones, and if so which one, also say which one you are using

I'm rockin' a 2.8ghz 24" 4gb 500gb HD

I am not willing to get the new one in any way at all, but if I had the chance, I will obviously get the 3.06GHz standard, and upgrade to 4gb myself like i did in my current imac

I like the updates of the new iMacs but I am fine with my current iMac.

I have a 24" 2.4 with 3 Gb Ram and stock 320 hard drive.

I don't think I've tapped my current iMacs limits yet I feel the new revision is absolutely great. I say the iMac is an excellent, excellent machine and highly recommend it. Especially the 24".

Can't stress the updates, because eventually everything is outdated. Only a matter of time and there is no stopping that.

The newly updated iMacs have finally prompted me to retire my old 20" iMac G5 1.8 GHz. It's been a reliable machine, but I was rapidly running out of HD space and it strains a bit with my large iPhoto library. I briefly thought about upgrading the RAM, HD and OS on the old girl, but a quick demo of the new models showed just how much they've progressed in the last few year.

So I've just ordered the top spec 3.06 GHz 24" iMac upgraded with 4 GB RAM and 750 GB HD. The upgraded Nvidia graphics card was the icing on the cake. I'm more of a casual console gamer these days, but it's nice to have the ability to run the latest games if I choose. I'm sure I would have been fine with the 2.8 GHz version or even the previous 2.4 GHz, but I expect at least 3 years service out of this machine, so what the hell.

I really don't understand what you'd do with Blu-Ray on a Mac. Go buy a PS3 and hook it up to a real screen if that's what you want!

Once iMacs start shipping with blue ray people will bitch bout something else.
Nothing unusual here even tho their point is totally stupid.

It is a nice upgrade, but my iMac is only 8 months old. There is no way I would try and replace it after so short a time.

Nice change on the high-end model.

I will put month-old low-end refurb iMac on craigslist to see if I can get a decent price for it and upgrade to the $1099 refurb model if that happens.

Otherwise I plan on keeping this puppy for a year or two depending on what the next few iMac generations are like.
