Old AppleTV not streaming podcasts?

I always watch Diggnation and TRS and in the past week it won't stream anything but the "Small" version. I used to stream the HD version instantly.

I even reset it back to factory and updated and still the same issue. Very frustrating.

If i try to just download it it usually goes super slow and then gives me an error and never finishes.

Anyone else experiencing this?
