Sorry if this has already been asked, didn't have much luck finding a thread on this.

I'm currently running iOS 7.0.4 on my Jailbroken iPhone 5. I'm receiving the 6 tomorrow. Do I have to un-jailbreak my 5 before backing up and being able to restore that backup on my 6, or can I simply backup my 5 as is and restore that backup straight away on my 6 which will contain iOS 8, or it won't be compatible?

Thank You!!

you can backup as is and restore and it'll be fine but you might be bringing over some jailbroken files over to the stock

Good luck with this... Didn't work for me. Syncing apps w/ my new iphone 6 and it freezes after 9 apps sync and it stops. May have to set up a new phone.
