Just a quick question.

One week ago my HDD in my 2009 Mac Mini died an I put an SSD in there which I already had. Installed a fresh copy of 10.9.5 on it an began to install the services I need.

Now I got a new late 2012 MacMini - moved the internal HDD to the empty slot and installed the SSD, too.

Well my question is, do I need to start from scratch again or has OsX all drivers /kexts on board for the new hardware. It boots up normally and it looks like all hardware is recognized.

Any thoughts on this?

No.

Unlike Windows 7 and earlier, OS X hard drives can generally be swapped around Macs, as long as the Mac itself existed when the version of OS X came out. For example, 10.6 will not work on a 2012 Mac Mini because the 2012 Mac Mini did not exist when 10.6 was released.
