Old number locked into iphone 4s

So I recently changed phone company, but I kept my old number with a Pac code. Anyway all went through and my number changed, however my Iphone 4s still thinks my number is the temporary one that was originally registered to the sim. I changed the number manually under "phone" in the settings, but my Apple ID account has the temporary number locked in, and I can't work out how to change it.

This is incredibly annoying as at the moment I can phone/ text people, but they can't call/text back.
