Old school 'rainbow' logo for Finder?

Is there an easy way (app?) to use the old school 'rainbow' Apple in OS X?

There are a few themes in Flavours 2 that has the retro apple.

Do you mean on the menu bar like this?

I did it with GeekTool, displaying a small image there with the option "keep on top"

Correct! I don't want to re-skin or change my Mac's theme ... just get the old-school logo.

The only minor issue (for me) of doing it this way with GeekTool is that the logo will stay visible in the top left corner of the screen when I go to full screen with an application. I don't mind that and also most of the time I use my second screen to display the full screen application.
