L LincolnsiPod macrumors 6502a Nov 20, 2009 665 98 Oct 23, 2013 #6 I'm checking and comparing the specs: iPad Air Height: 9.4 inches (240 mm) iPad 4th Gen Height: 9.5 inches (241.2 mm) iPad Air Width: 6.6 inches (169.5 mm) iPad 4th Gen Width: 7.31 inches (185.7 mm) Yep, our trusty smart covers have been rendered obsolete. But don't worry, you can get Apple's slabs of leather/plastic for only $80 to replace it.
