I own and iPad Air and a iPod Touch 5G. I updated theiPod to iOS 8. It didn't go well the iPod became slow and laggy. So I restored it and set it up as new.

I also updated my iPad Air to iOS 8.

The thing is when I open the Safari tab switcher on the iPad it shows 2 iPod's. One with tabs from my Touch as it is now and another with old tabs that I had open before I restored it. I can delete the tabs but not the header for the second ipod. How can I delete the "ghost" ipod?

You can swipe and delete the tabs, but over time they do drop off.
