You only think it's a fake because you're missing the technological wonder: the new subnotebook is just the clear flexible membrane on that old PowerBook's display.

You can stick it anywhere! Tabletop, on the back of the person standing next to you, on the windshield so you can game while driving, etc.

That is amazing. I must buy one.

That doesn't mean it's flexible. That actually shows the operating in a parallel dimension meaning it has 6000 gigs of storage in this parallel universe transferred between universes via WiMax. You can even throw things through the screen portal to the other dimension. This has been known for so long guys. Come on, get with the program. :D

I remember something like this from Spymac like 5 years ago. The user takes a photo of the area directly behind the screen then uses it as their desktop photo thus giving the illusion that there is no screen (or spoon ;) ).

No you use green screen. Mack the background green take a picture. Remove computer. Take another picture. In first picture replace all green with value from second picture.

That's why I said "something like this". The way I remember it, and not this form of it from this post, was just a photo snapped behind the computer and used as the desktop. I could "probably" do something like this in photoshop because you don't see the "cloth" in his pinched fingers.

Our faker was so lazy he used a TiBook.:D

But it's getting depressing...we don't even see good fakes anymore. Well, there goes the neighborhood.

OOOOH!! That's sooooo real! I want one. I'm willing to downgrade all the way to a G4 just so I can have that screen OMG. Thanks for the find! I'm sooooo excited for MacWorld OMG.

...

Perhaps the most hilarious part is the fact that the rumor purports to show a flexible screen, yet this screen appears to be mounted in a rigid frame, which would presumably negate all the advantages of having a flexible screen...:D
