On Apple's website, how does one trade in iPhone towards purchase of Macbook Pro?

On Apple's website, how does one trade in iPhone towards purchase of Macbook Pro? For some odd reason, it will only let me trade in old Macbooks towards purchase of Macbooks Pro.

However, on the Apple Store iOS app, it does allow one to trade in iPhone(or almost any other Apple device) towards purchase of Macbook Pro...

is this a glitch or am I just not looking at the right places on Apple's website on a regular desktop browser?

After you click on "get started" to bring up the trade-in screen, after it comes up hit the back arrow at the top left corner, then you can select any type of device
