macOS On boot Script

Firefox and one tab/URL is easy with no script - in System Preferences choose your User in Users, then under Login items drag Firefox. THen, make Firefox's default home page your desired URL.. I think for 2 or 3 you'll have to have a script.
What you can do is drag addresses from the Firefox address bar into a Finder folder, which will create .webloc files for each of them. Then open System Preferences > Accounts > [your account] > Login Items and drag the .webloc files into the list. Technically these will open on login, not bootup, but if you only use the one account it should work fine. Also, you'll probably need to have Firefox set as your default web browser.
Actually, Firefox has built-in support for multiple tabs as homepage.
The syntax is something like this:
http://www.google.com|http://www.yahoo.com|http://www.ebay.com
And every time Firefox is opened, these three tabs are opened. So technically all you need to do is, as you said, put Firefox in the login items and wah-la.
You can set firefox to open multiple tabs for your homepage(s)
Just open all the ones you want in tabs, open the Preference pane, and click the "Use current pages" button
