Hello, on my Android device, I could pull down a menu from the top of the screen and toggle between on and off of data transmitting to save money. On iPhone 6s+, it seems that I have to quit an app, go to settings and then do it. It is a bit inconvenience. Is there a faster step to do it?

I believe there are a number of apps you can download that add mobile data info and ability to toggle mobile data on/off.
You could also try creating a toggle widget using the following instruction / thread

They want to be able to receive calls and texts, just restrict mobile data.
Only way is to get a third party toggle / widget.
