Did my tax return on my old Mac. Needed to check it out and it ask for an update. It Starts about 20 second and it looks like it is download then get this message '! your not connected to the internet' Everything else is working.:eek:

I think you're going to need to contact TurboTax tech support on that one.

Was the update pop-up from the Mac? MacOS update? If the update was a MacOS update, then I'd suggest turning off and turning on Wi-Fi. Reconnect to the internet and try again.

When I get that message, turning off the Internet modem for 10 or 15 seconds, then back on fixes the problem a lot. If not it seems to start working again anyway after a few hours. Annoying sure, but not a disaster.

Comcast or I guess Xfinity now seems to drop the connection lately more often, especially at night in the early morning hours.
