On outgoing calls on iPhone 1g, i can't hear the other person but they hear me Help!

If anybody can help me that would be great. everything else works. the speaker works. please help me! Also, i think is should restore it but something else would be better.

Try plugging in and unplugging your headphones a couple times.

Did it just start happening with an OS upgrade? Maybe it was dropped? I would suggest a restore.
