On the 27", difference between 3.4Ghz i5 and 3.5Ghz i5

Is there some unlisted (on the Apple websites, anyway) difference between the the 3.4Ghz and the 3.5Ghz i5 processors?

Is there some technical reason that the 3.4Ghz has a max ram of 32GB and the 3.5Ghz has 64GB?


I understand the difference in graphics between the two models, but the upgrade from 3.4 to 3.5 seems marginal otherwise.

Difference is only in the frequency.
Memory is just a choice by Apple. If you upgrade yourself you can as high as the other ones.
