Once or twice a week I go to use my AirPods Pro 2's and one of them is dead. This is despite the case being fully charged and the other AirPod being at 100%. I've tried resetting the case multiple times and nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?

Make sure there's no debris in the bottom of the AirPod case where the stem goes, this could prevent contact between the AirPod and the case which is how it charges. If that doesn't work, maybe just go to the Apple store and get one AirPod replaced.

Thanks, I did use a qtip in the case so I don't think that's it. Also, interesting it's random as to which AirPod it happens with, sometimes it's the left, sometimes the right.

also clean the stems of the AirPods, in particular the metal contacts on the bottom.
It's possible your sweat and/or some sort of beauty product is creating a small film.

where did you buy them? I've seen a few reports of fakes on here.
