I’ve had several occasions where only 1 of my earbuds connect. Both earbuds will work if I return them to the case and put them back on. Anyone else experiencing this?

Was on the muni today fully charged with my pros. The right stopped then the left a fraction of a second later. I put them back in the case and back in my ear and only the right worked in transparency mode. Put them both back in the case an turned bt off and on then then put them back in and they worked.

The H1 W1 chips were heralded by tech journalists as being the gold standard for connection reliability, but I have to say that my Jabra Elite 65t were much more solid than APP has been.

I have both the Jabra 65T and APP. I find the APP much more comfortable and the ANC is a bonus, along with the seamless integration with iPhone and iPad.

I agree that overall it's a better experience, but connection reliability was better with the Jabra. I remember the Jabra being a little flakey when I first got them and then they got better with further firmware updates. Hopefully the APP follow the same path.

Hoping here too! For me, so far, it's happening as soon as I put the buds on, so it's not been a huge problem. Would be bummed if this came up when I didn't have the case with me (running/working out).

I just picked up my AirPods Pro a few hours ago and I've had this happen a few times already. One of the buds loses connection and the ANC gets disabled. Even adjusting the bud wouldn't work. And occasionally one of them has the transparency enabled while the other is in ANC mode. This is total crap!

Didn’t happen with my AirPods 1, but happens now and then with my AirPods 2. I figured it was just my ear not activating the sensors properly. It happens maybe once every other month or so. Returning it to the charging case and then putting it back in my ear usually fixes it.

I have had a number of issues with my Airpods Pro. Firstly the Airpods would charge, then drain back down then charge back up to 100% all while in there case. Secondly I have a crackling sound in the left AirPod, if I turn off AC it stops.

I have become really disappointed with my Airpods Pro. I even phoned Apple who didn’t know what was going on, they passed me onto a senior person who just said I needed to go to the Apple store, they would look into it. After explaining that I live around 22 miles away from the nearest Apple store, I was simply told that they don’t offer a mail
In option.

UPDATE: Apple have offered the mail in option when I contacted them earlier today. They are now sending me a replacement pair, however they have put a hold on my debit card for £265, I phoned Apple back up and they explained that it’s to make sure I send back the original pair. The money will be refunded when i send my original pair to them.

Keep us posted! I live about 20 or so miles from Apple so feel your pain. For whatever reason it stopped happening after I wrote this post so I've not gone any further with it yet.

The situation still isn’t resolved! I have had the replacement Airpods Pro and I have sent the faulty ones back (just like they asked me to) BUT Apple still haven’t released the hold on my card.

When logging into the mysupport page it says that a “technician will soon diagnose the issue” but why? Since Apple already sent me the replacements out last week!

All I want them to do is now release the hold for the £265 on my debit card!

Ugh! Sorry to hear you're still waiting.

Has Apple offered a timeframe within which they will release the hold? If not, I'd contact your cc company and let them know what's happening. With the pandemic there is lots of disruption to business and I'd make sure that you at least let the cc company know that there is a possible dispute forthcoming.

Keep us posted!

When i contacted them last week, they told me "within 48 hours" and now a week later, the hold is still on my card. I could understand it if i hadn't sent the faulty ones back, but they have had them for a week (today).

I lost one of my buds and needed to pay the ridiculous replacement price (ugh). On a positive note, I've not had the pairing issue since. Hope you get your money back soon.

HI, i did get my money back, the bank needed to release the hold. My replacement Airpods Pro seem to be working properly.
