Hello everybody!

I need your help on this: if I go to an Apple Store and ask for an iBook 12" with extra RAM and HD space, would they have it in stock for selling at the same moment? Or would I have to wait them install the RAM and hard drive? How many time does it take?

Thanks!

I don't think they would have it in stock because they are built to order options. Also they might put in ram but I doubt they will put in a bigger hard drive.

Call them and ask. They can set up an appointment, or give you an estimate, and they will tell you what can and can't be upgraded. RAM usually only takes a few minutes unless they're busy.
