One handed keyboard issues

I'm on PB 3, and had this issue with the past versions too. When I hold down the globe icon on the keyboard, there is no option to get the one handed keyboard. I've looked through all the settings and there is nothing.

I'm on a 7, is the keyboard only for plus devices?

That is weird. Well, now my phone isn’t showing info across the top (ie. time, signal strength, etc.). I guess it just gets chalked up to...it’s a beta. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
