One iMac One 3G Two Originals iTunes 8 to 2.1 - conflict?

Question.

If I use Pwnage for 2.1 to unlock and jailbreak only my 1st generation iPhones, but want to also sync my 3G unmodified (no UL no JB) on the same MAC PC running iTunes 8 - is there an issue?

Will Pwaning iTunes 8 on the MAC have any effect on iTunes 8 or the unmodified 3G that syncs to it?

A: No. The Mac will accept different iPhones and it can tell which one is which so there's no problem.

B: I think you have the idea of pwnagetool wrong. Pwnagetool only affects the ipsw file (in your case, 1st Gen iPhone) and creates a modified one. iTunes 8 has the ability to run ipsw and install them onto iPhones. iTunes 8 does NOT know the difference, and therefore, nothing will be affected.
