"One image" app

Hi guys,
First, I know that what I'm gonna ask is probably already on MR. But even with MRoogle, I couldn't find it...

So, what I'm looking for is an app that just links to an image. By opening the app, the image would just show up.
Id would be to put my school schedule in the bottom app bar...

Hope youll understand what I mean!

I get what you're saying but I don't think you're going to find anything like that in the App Store. It just seems so limited that I don't think Apple would be willing to approve anything like that.

Make a google docs account upload the image and open in safari press the plus and add it to homescreen. I think that might work but only if you have internet at school

Can you change the picture to a pdf?
I remember there was a way to save a pdf as a safari bookmark, something like this:

Then you can just open the bookmark in safari and save it to your home screen.
