I moved my iTunes library to an airdisk connected to my Airport to save space on my MBP. I rebuilt the iTunes library and everything is working fine. I would like to be able to have a second Mac see and play stuff from the same library. I would still be happy to use the MBP as the "home" control, adding music or podcasts from there.

I know I can use the shared libraries feature to allow the other Mac to see the iTunes files, but is there a better way?

thanks

If you put the library file itself to the Airdisk, both computers should be able to directly open the library from there. I haven't tested this myself, but there should be no problems with a Mac-only setup since the path to the Airdisk should be the same on both machines.
