Hi there!

I think the idea of a Power Saver Mode is great but am I the only person who thinks Apple got the way it works completely wrong?

a) When you activate the Power Saver Mode in Settings, it will be enabled on the spot - not once the phone charge drops beneath 20 %. I think it would be better to have the option to enable it but the Saver Mode kicking in once the charge drops beneath those 20 %. So I don't have to actually push the button once that happens. (Could be I take a look at my phone when it is on 25 % and next when it is at 5 % - so automatically enabling it would be nice.)

b) Once you enable the Power Saver Mode after the option popped up, when you plug in your phone and charge it, the Power Saver Mode should disable itself once the charge is above 20 % - but it just stays enabled unless you manually disable it.

Are those comfort features that only I wish would be there?
Or do I get it completely wrong?

Best regards,
VSG

I wouldnt want it to enable power mode it self, I think maybe some option when you swipe up, rather then going into settings. That would be helpful.

As for when you plug it in I guess but then what if your on the go and want a quick charge, and get it to 30% un-plug and then forgot turn it back on?

Maybe add features that you can enable for these too happen, but personally for me I wouldn't be to keen on them.

Good thinking though!

Power Saver Mode already disables itself when your phone charges up. I haven't actually checked if it does it sooner, but certainly once you reach 100% battery charge (since I've noticed it no longer being on when I unplug my fully charged phone).

It does! I just noticed today - it seems Power Saver Mode disables itself once the charge reaches some percentage ("Battery is sufficiently charged.") - I pulled the plug too soon last time.

@Blujelly Although I would prefer it to be enabled automatically, a shortcut from Control Center would be a treat.
