One quick question about mirroring

So everything can be mirrored as far as games ?

All i seen so far is a racing game on youtube videos

One of my fav games is gangstar and nova

When i play those games and turn mirroring on, does the iphone or ipad screen only show the controls and the tv displays the game ?


The apple tv could be consider a game console if it works like that right

Unless the game supports it, it will just be mirrored on the screen.

The developer has to build in the functionality telling the game what should be on the Apple TV and what should stay on the device. You can probably expect more and more games to add it over time.

The frame rate seems really low on the TV. Is it just my router setup?

It's more enjoyable to play on the iPad itself than on my tv.

Nope.. Thats pretty much the way it works. It's suitable for watching videos and music but not gaming, imho.
