Hello, I have had my IMac for a little over a week now and absolutely love it! Well, until the last few minutes. I was working on the computer clicked on itunes and the cursor acted as if it were stuck on itunes and every time I moved the cursor the itunes window moved along with it. I could do nothing so I rebooted. Now, every time I reboot, the screen is dim and all loads up but I cannot click on anything. Hellllpppppp!!!

put your installation disc in and go into repair mode

use a time machine backup and restore your system

completely refresh and do a fresh install (i cant imagine you have alot to lose if you've only had it a week

reason i say this is because thats exactly what applecare will ask you to do (if you lie they can tell when they plug your mac up to their stuff)

Ok, so I changed the battery in my magic mouse and now all is well.... ???
