onedrive new icon? (cloud with arrow down)

Good morning:

Since 12.2 update, I've noticed I've new icons next to the folders and files that are in one drive, as I show in the image.

The first one means that the file is already in local, so I've no idea about what the second one (the cloud with the arrow) means. If I click it, sometimes the arrow disappears, sometimes the whole icon disappears, sometimes it appears again, sometimes it doesn't. Any idea about the meaning?
