I'm a little ignorant when it comes to whether or not a phone is compatible with a carrier. Having done some research, I have found mixed opinions on whether the OnePlus 2 (which has the same frequency specs as the 3) is compatible with the Wind network...

Wind mobility is a Canadian carrier, so do keep that in mind.

Wind operates in GSM 1700/2100 MHz (AWS).

OnePlus 3 can use GSM 850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz

So, maybe not? But then http://willmyphonework.net/ tells me that my phone of choice will run just fine on the network!

How do I figure this out for myself next time?
