I am doing continuing education courses for work, and I am trying to access the courses on my iPad to no avail. the video player, or whatever it is, will not load and there are just a myriad of problems with it. It works fine on my windows PC, so I know that it is an issue with the iPad. The website is www.redvector.com. I tried clearing my cache on the Safari browser, I even tried using othe browsers, but it just won't load. How can I get this to work on the iPad? is there a setting?

The issue is probably with redvector, not your iPad. The had live support chat on their site. Ask them.

I'm not really surprised. It's not your iPad. It's them. If they have a custom iPad app, try that.

NFN try downloading Firefox and see if you can connect. If so, then you know it’s an issue with the app and safari.

True. But something to try anyway, as might be some poorly coded HTML re: user agents, faulty assumptions, etc. and with the quick scan, did not see any(?) references to Safari, desktop or not.
