Hello,

I am looking for an application like Evernote, but can be used offline. I have an iPod Touch and I am not always near a WiFi Hotspot.

I would like the application to be able to upload to a web server, or to an application on my PC that can I can make/create/modify notes, as typing on the iPod is not the easiest thing.

Evernote is exactly what I am looking for, if it could be used offline where it would 'download' my notes and save them in memory.

Any ideas?

May I humbly suggest Memengo Wallet? I wrote it. :D It's a password manager with offline mode and online sync to our web site. You don't have to use encryption and you can store any other data, not just passwords.

Bonus points: URLs click, addresses open in google maps, phones dial.

It's currently free (until Monday).
