Not sure if it's just me, but I tried ordering an XS Max for in store pickup (showed available), and after the whole check out process the screen was just blank. No error message or anything. Went back to start over and showed the phone not available at that location anymore. Tried this with another store, same thing. Now the phone is not available anywhere locally.

I can scratch that this was bad luck and they were both sold, but two in a row is a bit weird. They have been showing as available almost all day.

Called the store to see if it was a system glitch and looks like we are no longer allowed to talk to the store directly and the rep just looked online. To top it off they closed the flag ship store right next to us during an iPhone launch. Not sure where Apple's head is at these days.
