hi guys,

a good old friend of mine refused to listen to my advice and got a windows pc.

but he also has finally gotten high speed internet! so a whole new world of problems has opened their doors to him and his computer. he's almost a grandma when it comes to computers, so i keep advising him to get his computer guarded with programs like avast and adaware...

but can anyone recommend a good online source for information and advice regarding safe high speed internet use and protection?
