Seems like this is the limit and guessing as iCloud is not release officially there won't be any way to overcome this. Maybe a jailbreak will allow this in the future.

What do you mean 3? I have one @me address but want to change it. Can you set up an alias ? I'm already using it with iCloud. Anyway to change it whilst still using it.
