Hi guys can i run only windows on Mac pro 2009 i have both installed windows via bootcomp but 90% of the time i am using windows. Can i just delete OSX partition from windows? And is this advisable to do.

Clone Windows to its own device, I would use an SSD, and you can clone Windows nicely with Paragon HDM 15

Then just pull your OS X drive.

I never like sharing a drive with two OS's and OS X with new version can mess the partition numbers, harder to support.
 
I wouldn't recommend you delete OS X as you may need it occasionally for firmware updates and stuff like that, and it also serves a good spare OS. Unless you are running out of space, I suggest you leave it in a small partition (30Gb is fine).

But it looks like you already deleted so nevermind.
